From village fetes to a large-scale display in a castle's grounds, we have the birds and the experience to make your event memorable.
Come and fly our owls at sunset or walk with our hawks in some of the most beautiful woodland our country has to offer.
Ever thought of having your wedding ring delivered by a barn owl? Wedding memories are made of this. And this is what we do.
Whether it's an owl-themed birthday party or a special occasion for the Bird of Prey fan in your family, we are here to make your party one the guests will never forget.
Hawking About was founded by Michelle Faull in 2014 with Head Falconer Kevin Lochner. Until then, falconry had been a hobby for Kevin, who started out with a single female Harris Hawk called Aimee. Over the years, Kevin developed the skills needed to train a growing collection of birds of prey and, with them, fulfilled a number of high-profile engagements at numerous stunning locations in the south of England.
When the opportunity arose to open a small centre at Aldingbourne, near Fontwell, they seized it. Hawking About offered a range of experiences from Owl Encounters to Hawk Walks. Education has always been a key part of Hawking About's ethos and Kevin and Michelle are always busy giving talks to Cubs, Scouts, schools and WI groups. In May 2017, Hawking About left Aldingbourne to begin a new chapter.
Whilst we relocate, we are not open to the public but are still running limited experiences and events as usual. If you have any enquiry please phone us on 07808 899599, email firstname.lastname@example.org or complete the form below. We would love to hear from you!
